Service
Privacy Agent helps identify public data exposure, prepare and track privacy-rights requests, and verify reported removals. It does not guarantee that every source will find, delete, suppress, or permanently stop republishing information.
Your authority
You may use the service for yourself or for another person only when you have valid authority. You are responsible for accurate information and truthful residency, identity, and legal attestations. You must not use the service to impersonate, harass, investigate, or obtain information about another person.
Not legal advice
The service provides operational assistance, not legal advice or legal representation. Available privacy rights differ by jurisdiction and may include exceptions. Government programs and third-party source policies can change.
Protected checkpoints
You must personally complete steps marked as protected, including CAPTCHAs, identity-document uploads, residency verification, and legal attestations. You may revoke standing authorization for future actions at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass access controls, submit fraudulent requests, scan sources at abusive rates, interfere with the service, upload malware, or use automated results to make decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, or another person’s eligibility.
Availability and liability
Third-party sites can block automation, require additional proof, or change without notice. Final warranty, limitation-of-liability, dispute, payment, termination, and governing-law terms will be added and approved before a paid or public launch.
